Reviewers were also satisfied with the quality of the products, with one customer, Kelly McCarty, exclaiming that her cabinets are "beautiful" and "built great." Another customer, Carol Baker, mentioned that her friends are "very impressed" with her new kitchen, which features the purchased cabinets.
Complaints and Negative Experience
However, Chad Hemming had a dismal experience, waiting over an hour to talk to a salesperson and feeling dismissed. He reported being visibly upset, stating, "Rude rude rude." Unfortunately, this negative encounter led him to cancel his planned $20,000 remodel.
