Work Environment and Conditions
Former employees are not happy with the work environment and conditions at the company. Long working hours is a major concern, with employees often expected to put in 15-hour days. The lack of support and refusal to hire more staff to alleviate this problem has led to burnout and dissatisfaction. Former employees are left with no choice but to leave the company, and current employees are expected to suffer in the same way.
Management and Leadership
The management style of the company is also a point of contention. The new management, referred to as "blood suckers, " has brought a culture of exhaustion and burnout. Employees are disappointed and angry with the lack of care and concern shown by the management.
Employee Well-being
